What are the dimensions of the lampshades?
Lampshade measurements are clearly indicated on the diagrams and in the product file. Make sure you take the time to make a useful and durable purchase by calculating your measurements carefully. You're the only one on board when it comes to this selection, and it will fit even better in your space.
What materials is the lampshade made of?
Our lampshades are made of fabric bonded to PVC. The circles are made of epoxy-coated wire.
Is the lampshade easy to maintain?
Yes, simply dust it with a feather duster regularly. Avoid exposing it to excessive sunlight.
Is the lampshade available in multiple colors or patterns?

Does the lampshade come pre-assembled?
Yes, simply place it on your lamp base. An adapter is included if your CE socket is smaller than E27, i.e., E14.

What are our payment methods?
Purchases are payable directly at the end of the process, by credit card or with PayPal or Stripe. Bank transfers are complicated because you must enter an account number, which is not possible on our website.

Our delivery times, depending on the item, are 3 to 8 days. Please note that 90% of our items are made to order, except for the "Decorative Objects" category, which is in stock and can be delivered within 3 business days.
How much does shipping cost?

For this type of return described above, meaning there is no error on our part, you will have to pay for the return and return the item to us in perfect condition in its original packaging. You will then receive a replacement voucher.
If the package arrives in poor condition and the item is damaged, it's important to send us photos, and the box must be damaged. We will then replace the item. The courier procedure must be followed:
- either refuse the damaged package
- or leave a comment on the delivery slip.
